Who Will Be Laying Out The Blueprint?

1. Dr. Michelle Boland - The Runner's Strength Coach.

Michelle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction and the owner of Reframe Performance Inc. She brings years of experience as a former Division I strength and conditioning coach, backed by a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, a master’s in strength and conditioning, and a PhD in exercise physiology.

Recently, Michelle has dived headfirst into the world of trail running, competing in multiple ultramarathons while refining weight room strategies to help runners unlock their best performance — both on the trails and on the road.

She is a Boston Marathon qualifier, has won several 50 KM trail races, and has top finishes in races from 50 miles to 100 KM. Follow at @dr.michelleboland

2. Mike Camporini - The Elite Movement Coach.

Mike holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. Before becoming a PT, he coached athletes at both the collegiate and private levels as a strength and conditioning coach.

Blending his background in human movement, strength training, and rehabilitation, Mike helps runners move better, stay healthy, and unlock their performance potential. His approach bridges the gap between physical therapy and real-world training—helping runners not just recover, but come back stronger.

Mike will provide runners with a unique and effective approach to injury prevention and performance. Follow at @campo_dpt

3. Dr. Tim Richardt - The Runner’s Physical Therapist.

A lifelong runner, Tim competed collegiately in the 800m and 1500m at Penn State before moving to Denver in 2012 to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. After battling years of injuries — including five hip surgeries — Tim turned his obsession with anatomy, training, and biomechanics into a career focused on injury management and human performance.

He later returned to competition, running sub-elite track with the Greater Boston Track Club until 2020. Now, Tim is the owner of Ascend Rehab & Performance in Denver, CO helping runners stay pain-free. Follow at @ascend_rehab_and_performance
